Save files, notes and links, then find them instantly. Organiser reads the text inside PDFs and photos, sorts things into categories, picks out receipt totals — all in your browser.
A private library that stays on your device
Organiser keeps the things you want to find again — PDFs, photos, receipts, Word documents, notes and links — in your browser’s own storage. There is no account and no upload: the files never leave your device.
Find anything by what’s inside it
Search looks through titles, the text inside PDFs, words in photos (read on your device), your notes, receipt details, categories, tags and links. Results are ranked by how well they match, with your pinned and favourite items first.
Sorted for you, changed by you
- New items are put into categories such as Receipts, Manuals, Recipes, Notes and Articles, with useful tags. Your own choices always win.
- Receipts show the merchant, total and tax picked out of the text — check them against the original before relying on them.
- Combine saved PDFs and photos into one PDF, in the order you choose.
- Deleted items wait in Recently Deleted for 30 days before they are removed for good.
Keep a copy
Browser storage can be cleared, so export your library as a ZIP (one Markdown record per item plus the original files) or use Back up regularly.
